    Q: How do I check the status of my order?

    A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 7 business days to have your order processed. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us right away and we will help you out

    Q: How long does shipping takes?

    A: Since most of our products come from china, the shipping time can vary. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days or less. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days.

    Q: Do you ship Internationally?

    A: Yes we do ship internationally. 

    Q: How do I order on your website?

    A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

    Q: Can my order be expedited? 

    A: That depends on what you ordered. If you like to have your order expedited, please contact us and we will let you know if its possible to get it expedited. If your order is qualified to be expedited, you will have to pay the cost. Since our products come straight from china the cost can vary between $40 - $100+. It all depends on what you are buying. 

    Q: Do you offer a refund or exchange if I don't like the product?

    A: Yes we do! We will refund you if you do not like the product as soon as it is returned to the right destination. In regards to exchanging an item, that depends on the product you ordered.
